Liaisons love to have a good time and this year we have enjoyed ourselves at barbecues, skittles, ten pin bowling, house parties, dances, theatre trips and films.
Victoria & Albert Museum
Ten of us had a great time visiting the museum to see the costumes of the Supremes, with lunch afterwards then a visit to Harrods.
House Party
Recently, in September, quite a few of us had a fantastic time at a House Party with some members staying until 2.30 am, food and disco was provided.
Cinema
A visit to see Mamma Mia, the film, was great as all who attended thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
Skittles in Maidenhead
Around thirty of us enjoyed this evening, with some of us being better at knocking skittles down than others. A choice of chicken or beef was provided.
Theatre trip to London
Ten of us had a great time in London to see 'The Creditors' at the Donmar Warehouse, with a meal afterwards. It's a long day but well worth it.
Walks
Twenty-six people attended this local walk on Sunday 18th November. These are proving to be very popular.
1940's themed night at The Barn Club
A great evening was had by all who attended this event. There were only bangers and mash on the menu due to the ration. Fancy dress, (optional) and a Karaoke. Majority of us got up and had a sing (even the ones that can't sing).
