Friday 9th April - Quiz Evening, Adams Park, High Wycombe

6 players are required for this evening, which is hosted by a star of Breakfast TV and Strictly Come Dancing. Start 7.30 pm for 8.00. Price £10.

Saturday 10th April - SkittlesThe Seven Stars, Knowl

Come and try your hand at knocking down skittles. Includes a sit down two course meal of either chicken in white wine or beef casserole, followed by a dessert. This event must be pre-booked and food chosen when booking. Cost £11. 

Sunday 18th April - Royal Philharmonica Orchestra, 7.30 pm

Experience the thrill at this show, which performs legendary rock anthems. Tickets are £25 which includes transport by bus.

Sunday 9th May - Swan Theatre

The City of London Sinfonia will beperforming starting at 7.30 pm, the cost will be £24 per person. Book in with organiser who has 10 tickets at £24 each. Pay at the desk on Tuesdays or send a cheque to the Treasurer (with name and date of event). 

Saturday 15th May - Barn Dance at Sands Village Hall

Yeehah! Another fun barn dance organised by a member of Liaisons with regular caller and band from 8 - 11.15 pm. Tickets are £7. Please bring a plate of food to share and your own drinks. To get there from Junction 4 of M40 (Handy Cross), take A4010 signposted Aylesbury(and Adams Park signs), at the mini roundabout at bottom of hill, turn left (London Wasps) into Lane End Road. The hall is 100 yards along on right hand side.  Car parking is at the rear of the hall.  No boots to be worn, please.

Saturday 22nd May - Polar Bears by Mark Haddon

Starring Jodhi May and Richard Coyle at the Donmar Theatre starting at 2.30 pm. John has never met anyone like Kay. When the moon is in the right phase, she is magnetic and amazingly alive. But when the darkness closes in, she is lost to another world, a world in which John does not belong. One man's struggle to love, support and live with someone suffering a psychological condition is beautifully captured with humour and pathos in this extraordinary new play by Mark Haddon, author of The Curious Incident of The Dog in the Night-Time and A Spot of Bother. Tickets cost £22 - An optional meal at the Belgo Centraal Restaurant. Please book early as seats sell really quickly.

Saturday 29th May - Lesley Garrett
